Play ‘N Go Pearl Lagoon Slot Review and Free Play

Pearl Lagoon: Demo

Head beneath the waves to a beautiful coral reef in Pearl Lagoon, a 5 reel, 15 payline video slot from Play ‘N Go. Available to play on desktop, tablet and mobile devices, it comes with double payouts for wild wins as well as a free spins feature where all payouts are trebled. Play from between 15p and £25 per spin.

Pearl Lagoon is a simple game, both in terms of design and gameplay. Set against a sea bed filled with coral and plants, the reels include bright and bold A to 9 playing cards alongside a selection of sea creatures. In ascending order of value are 2 different types of fish, a sea horse, crabs and turtles.

The dolphin is the game’s wild, replacing all other symbols bar the scatter – whenever it forms part of a winning combination with the standard symbols, that payout is doubled. Paylines that include only wilds can be pretty lucrative too – 2, 3, 4 or 5 dolphins will get you 10, 100, 1,000 or 5,000 coins.

Pearl Lagoon comes with a Free Spins feature which is triggered by landing 3 or more of the pearl shell scatter. As well as being awarded a payout of 5, 20 or 200 times your total stake, you’ll also receive 15 free spins. All winning combinations landed during the feature are boosted by a 3x multiplier and are trebled.

Better still is if you manage to hit a winner that includes a wild. The 2x wild multiplier combines with the standard multiplier to boost the payout by 6x! You can re-trigger more free spins if the pearl shell scatters land again with a maximum of 60 free spins theoretically possible.

This is a pretty simple game – the sound and visuals won’t be winning any awards but everything is more than serviceable on the design front. It’s the same case for the features too – they’re not especially innovative but they more than do the job. The free spins come along more regularly than some similar slots but the variance here remains on the high side of medium.

There is no shortage of underwater themed video slot in the online casino oceans. If you get lucky with the multipliers, then Pearl Lagoon could prove to be a memorable one. I also highly recommend you try Play ‘N Go’s Grim Muerto which is their best game in my opinion.
