Understated design
Considering the glamour theme, the design in Playboy Gold Jackpots is rather low key. The plain red reels include heart, diamond, club and spade symbols as well as a silver star and 4 Bunny girls – Carly, Gia, Hiromi and Stephanie. The latter of the quartet is the best paying symbol, awarding 7 times your total bet if you land 5 on a payline.
Colossal symbols & wild multipliers
The 4 Bunny girls can appear in 3 or 4 high stacks. These stacks can combine on the middle 3 reels to create colossal 3×4 symbol blocks. The wilds can come with multipliers attached. These can boost payouts by 2x, 3x or 5x if you land one of them in a winning combination. Better still is if you manage to land more than one wild in the same winning line. In that happy event, the multipliers are combined. In theory, you could end up with a 25x boost (by getting five 5x multipliers).
Wheel Bonus feature

Medium volatility
The Playboy theme won’t be for everyone. There’s nothing particularly outrageous on offer in Playboy Gold Jackpots in terms of design or for that matter, gameplay. The features are solid enough though and the wild multipliers, colossal symbols and Wheel Bonus extras are a nice combination and offer some decent variety.
It’s not an especially volatile video slot either with the variance in the medium range. If you liked Microgaming’s first Playboy-themed slot, then there’s plenty of similar action on offer in this sequel. Honestly speaking, Microgaming offer much better slots with Immortal Romance or Avalon II my recommendations.
