As a former employee of another operator, I had the pleasure of working with 32Red's ex Head of Player Support. She was well known for being the best in the business at the time and she developed these qualities by working at 32Red.
In terms of support, 32Red offers a telephone service as they offer many free phone numbers from the UK, Canada, Japan, Germany, Holland and Australia. They offer email support as standard but the best way we found to contact them is via their Live Chat service. The service is extremely quick and the agents are highly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. You will even get to speak to the infamous Pat Harrison sometimes.
More conveniently, they also offer a call back option that you can use if you are busy and want to be contacted at a specific time and date. The only drawback we found is that their player support team only operates in English. But if you are a UK player, then there’s no problem.
On the whole, 32Red's player support is the best in the industry that we have come across. We don't think you would need to contact them as they operate a great casino but if you need any help, they will be more than happy to assist. Saying all the above, their Live Chat has an average wait of only 45 seconds!
