Net Entertainment will be launching an Aliens slot game in April – the announced it at ICE 2014 which took place in London earlier this week.
ICE is the most visited event in the gaming industry calendar and I’ve been attending for 10 years now. The show takes place at the huge ExCeL in London, run from Tuesday the 4th until Thursday the 6th of February. With over 500 exhibitors, you will find everything from online software providers to slot manufacturers.
ICE is normally where the online software providers flex their muscles and showcase their future games (mainly slots) for the year. Net Entertainment was particular interesting as they had a huge Alien on display showcasing the fact they will release an Aliens video in late April.
All that I know about the game is that it will utilize real-time 3D graphics with no other slot game has ever seen. There’s a “The Hive” bonus feature where you can win up to 240 times your stake and a 14x multiplier in “The Search” bonus feature. In terms of seeing Aliens in action, NetEnt released a teaser earlier this week:
Other exhibitors at ICE I went to visit were WMS Gaming, IGT, Playtech and Microgaming – the latter were showing off their brand new Avalon II game which was great. In addition, they had film memorabilia from Jurassic Park and Terminator 2 (both slot games they will release in 2014). The WMS stand was my favourite though as I got to play at the various slot machines – including the newly launches Zeus III online slot.
If you want to play both Zeus III and Avalon II, you can find them both at Unibet Casino – the instant play casino has slots from WMS, Microgaming, Net Entertainment, IGT and Play ‘N Go amongst others. They have more than 250 slots in total and welcome UK players with a 100% match bonus up to £200.
There’s a wealth of payment options to use including NETeller, Skrill/MoneyBookers and debit/credit cards with cashouts being paid out within 24 hours (including weekends). They seem to add new slots on a weekly basis too which is great.
