Throne of Egypt Video Slot review

Firstly you have the Eye of Horus Bonus feature which can be triggered when you get 3 Eye of Horus scatter symbols on the 3 middle reels (reels 2, 3 and 4). This will unlock the Bonus Chamber which has 3 levels (or chambers). First up is the Scarab Bonus chamber where you will come across 12 scarabs. You get to make picks in the hope of finding the golden key. If you do so, you will advance to the next chamber – you will also get a cash prize for finding the key.
Then you have the Eagle Bonus chamber where you come across 9 eagles – you need to pick 3 of them. Picks will generate cash prizes but, again, the aim is to find the golden key which will move you onto the Princess Bonus chamber. This is the most significant chamber as you pick 1 of 3 princesses to reveal a multiplier award. This multiplier is applied to all wins accumulated in the previous chambers!

There are many Egyptian-themed slots out there (such as Cleopatra and The Mummy) but I quite like this one. I guess it’s because I’ve won decent amounts when I’ve played. Saying that, the free spins feature is good and given me some decent wins. I found Throne of Egypt to be a medium variance slot so it’s nicely balanced. However, my favourite ancient Egyptian-themed slot has to be IGT’s Pharaoh’s Fortune which has been revamped recently. Finally, you can’t really go wrong with IGT’s Cleopatra II which is a must.
