Daredevil Slot review

Daredevil is part of the Marvel Series of slot games which are powered by Playtech software. This video slot has 5 reels and 20 paylines and is based on the Daredevil comic book character. It follows the 2003 blockbuster movie which starred Ben Affleck as Matt Murdock (Daredevil), Jennifer Garner and Colin Farrell. Daredevil features a 5,000 coin jackpot which you can claim by getting 5 Daredevil Wild symbols. You can play from 20p up to £100 a spin.

Daredevil benefits from a Bullseye Feature – before a spin, you can place the bullseye target on one of the 15 reel positions. You do this by clicking on the reels. If you see a Bullseye symbol under the target, you will be awarded with 3x your total stake. You can move it around where you like but it remain in place unless you choose otherwise.

Daredevil also features a Free Games feature which you can trigger by getting 3 or more Daredevil logo symbols. You will be awarded with 10 free spins initially with random wilds. After every free spin, Daredevil’s radar sense scans the reels and turns symbols into wild symbols at random – between 0 and 3 symbols will be turned wild for every spin. The good thing is that you can re-trigger more free spins infinitely.

Finally, as it’s a Marvel slot, Daredevil has a progressive jackpot element to it – there are 4 progressive jackpots to be won (Power, Extra Power, Super Power and Ultimate Power). These are triggered at random though but once in, you are guaranteed a win.

I found Daredevil to be a medium variance slot with good wins possible in the Free Games feature if you get 3 wilds on a few free spins. However, it’s not the best Marvel slot to be produced by Playtech and can’t come close to The Avengers or The Incredible Hulk. If you like slots which give you wilds on every free spin in the feature, you should try The Invisible Man by NetEnt or the aforementioned The Avengers (the Thor Free Games feature gives you up to 5 wilds per free spin!).
