ComeOn was founded in 2009 and their products, including the casino, went live in 2010. They are a relatively new operation but have already managed to build up a solid reputation with casino players. As you will see, most other online casinos on Casino Manual have been around for a while but we thought we would make the exception for ComeOn Casino due to their unique and refreshing approach to customer support.

The company (Come On Europe Ltd) is based in Malta and their license was issue in April 2010 under license number LGA/CL1/619/2009. They also hold a license in Curacao. They haven’t got all the accolades and awards like some of the other online casinos on Casino Manual but if they carry on with the standards they’ve set thus far, they will be acknowledged very shortly.

Their casino (and other products for that matter) is not available to players from the USA, Curacao and Malta due to legislative issues. Their website however is available in English, Spanish (albeit Chilean Spanish), Swedish, Norwegian and Serbian.

The main advantage we saw for playing at ComeOn Casino is their approach to things. They pride themselves on offering an easy to use service. Their mission is to offer a ‘Less is More’ service whereby things are straight forward and simple - no gimmicks and fancy marketing tricks. This ties in well with their casino provider, Net Entertainment, which provides an instant product that is played within your browser.

Their customer support is friendly and very quick but they don’t have a telephone number to call. They have an email service and offer a ‘Call Back’ service whereby you leave your details and a convenient time to call. We tried this twice and requested an immediate call – the first time we waited just 12 minutes, the second just over half an hour. Their ‘Live Chat’ feature is good though and the recommended method to contact ComeOn.

Despite ComeOn being operational since mid 2010, they have already established a very good reputation when it comes to their customer support function. Their mission is to be “easy, simple and clean” and pride themselves on being “fast, helpful and honest”.

Their support doesn’t run 24 hours on Live Chat and on their Call back function though – this is due to them being quite new. They state that as their support is “based on the boring ex British Colonial island of Malta” their support agents “prefer to work 24 hours straight, instead of having a life”. It’s good to see they have a sense of humour too which is very refreshing.

Their call back option is good and, as mentioned in the section above, Casino Manual put them to the rest and they called back in 12 and just over half an hour respectively. The queue times on their Live Chat service were small and we were prompt attended to. We asked some rather detailed questions which they answered most of – the couple of queries they couldn’t answer there and then were dealt with in a few hours via an email.

Responsible gaming is a term used a lot in online casinos but we think ComeOn has got their head screwed on in this respect. They claim to ‘care for you’ and even display a big heart on their responsible gaming page. You have the option to set deposit limits which is good as well as self-exclusion options. They offer a 7 day cooling off period which allows you take a break if you think you need one. There is also a more extensive 6 month self exclusion period if you think you may have a gambling problem – nice to know they really do care.

We’ve been very impressed with ComeOn’s customer support function and we doubt you will have any issues with them whatsoever. If you want to find out about the depositing and withdrawing options you have, read the next section below.

ComeOn Casino offers a good range of payment methods to deposit and withdraw. You will find they offer all the most popular payment methods such as Credit and Debit cards, MoneyBookers and NETeller. What you need to consider is that not all deposit methods are available to use to withdraw – for example, Click2Pay and Paysafecard can only be used to deposit funds into your account.

More importantly, if you are a UK resident, there are no fees associated with any deposit or withdrawal transactions -this even includes credit cards! As standard with other gambling operators, ID and additional documents (like driver’s license or utility bill) will need to be provided upon your first withdrawal. If you look at the bottom of the ComeOn.com website, you will see a link called ‘Payment Methods’ which describes all the banking methods as well how to use them at ComeOn.com. They operate a single wallet system whereby if you deposit into your account, you can instantly play at the casino, poker room and sportsbook without having to move funds from one product to another.

In terms of cashout times, ComeOn holds their own in this respect. They aim to pay “your winnings like a clock. A Swiss made one mind you, not a cheap imitation”. We’ve done our research into this and found they process withdrawals very quickly. If you use NETeller or MoneyBookers for example, they will take up to 24 hours to verify the transaction and then pay instantly. We’ve only withdrawn once from ComeOn Casino and the withdrawal to our MoneyBookers account was in our account on the same day. For credit and debit cards for example, it will take between 2 and 7 days to hit your account (depending on how your bank operates).

One thing ComeOn has got right is that they process withdrawals on weekends. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are typically the busiest times for playing online so they’ve taken this into account and process withdrawals accordingly. In terms of security, ComeOn uses Thawte SSL Web Server Certificates (256 bit SSL connections) which is a company that ensures safe encryption of data to and from the site – basically, your details are secure.

To summarise, depositing and withdrawing at ComeOn is safe and fast (if using e-wallets such as NETeller or MoneyBookers for withdrawals). They have a wealth of information on their website when it comes to banking which is good to see. The next section details their casino product offering – click here to read more or on the tabs below.
